Leadership, Experience and Opportunity in short LEO, is the second largest youth organization and the proud product of Lions Clubs International. In Leo, Youth are encouraged to come forth and develop leadership skills while participating in social services. Volunteers are doing more than just serving the world. Volunteering can be difficult to manage with a busy schedule but it has benefits to the volunteers such as gaining the necessary skills required for the advancement of an individual’s career, in enhancing leadership ability and networking with the large community as well as being exposed to new challenges which benefits in greater rewards.
In this society we need real leaders who have made aultirism their pleasure. The Leo club of Gampaha Metro has paved their journey into a clear vision, to serve the nation by creating strong leaders for the better future of the community.
